First time experiencing this place I didn’t know what to order. The Cashier by the name Jorge 9/8/2024 help with suggestions I went with the Mad Cheese Bowl with hot honey and let me tell yall this was the best decision I’ve went with all year. Jorge energy was top tier. Thank you Jorge I hope that Mad Chicken value your worth!!!

I recently tried Mad Chicken, and while the fried chicken itself was pretty good, the experience overall wasn't great. The staff were unprofessional and not very friendly, which was a big letdown. The menu was confusing, especially since the fried chicken didn’t come with any sides, and the combo deals were limited and hard to figure out. They are open late, which is a plus, but that doesn’t make up for the poor service and confusing menu options.

After a looong day in Milwaukee, I had DoorDash deliver food from Mad Chicken. Our order was complete, correct, and the food was still hot when we received it. My son is a chicken tender connoisseur and he really enjoyed his food. I ordered a mad bowl and wasn’t disappointed. The Mac n cheese was not dry and the chicken was moist and flavorful. We also ordered cheese curds and let’s face it, when in Wisconsin, you HAVE to try the cheese curds. They were so good! I was wishing I had bought two orders. We’d definitely go here again for a quick meal when in the area.
