Chili ordered. Did NOT ask for cheese that they decided to add on and charge me for. Order was remade, given to me then she shut the window. I had to literally ask to be reimbursed for the over charge. No apology extended just facial irritation because the order taker can’t hear or is not listening. Got home CHILI HAS ONLY BEANS NO MEAT! Called them twice, no answer. I AM SO DONE. POOR CUSTOMER CARE. DO BETTER!!!

Went thru drive thru and didn't wait long maybe 8 minutes. To Me that's fast. Thank you Wendy's Employee's. They're Friendly, Kind Very, Professional, Helpful, Caring, and Understanding. Everyone Have A Safe and Blessed Day, Drive Safe and try to Stay Warm

I had received a complimentary combo for a poor experience at W. Silver Spring. The manager on duty in the evening on 10/23/2024 made certain my order was taken and completed correct. The front counter staff is why I couldn’t give a 5 star.
